How does Virtual training work:
SUPER easy, you book your slots as the normal in-studio training.
All you need is a small space in the comfort of your OWN home, where you can place your phone/PC for me to see you train. The equipment you need is NO train smash, if you don’t have any, we make use of ‘HOME GOODIES’. The usual equipment that is used would be
Dumbbells, mat, and a stepper along with resistance/booty bands once we have built up strength.
We focus mainly on body weight. Our main focus is to lose weight slim down, tone up, and build strength WITH getting your confidence back.
NO specific fitness level is required, as this is a private training we start according to YOUR fitness level.
This is an ALL-ROUND FEEL GOOD CHANGE.
