  • ALL HOME WORKOUT PROGRAMS (CAN BE DONE AT GYM)
  • 5 Workouts per week + 5 days a week abs
  • High + Low impact exercises
  • Access to BRAND NEW individual exercise demonstration videos
  • The minimum time needed to complete a workout ranges between 25-40 minutes depending on your resting time.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS PROGRAM:

  • Pair of dumbbells (if you don’t have you can use water bottles or tins)
  • Booty bands (optional)
  • Skipping rope
  • Stepper (front door / outdoor step)
  • Training mat
  • Stable Chair
