The Boss Babe2.0 was created as follow up on the Boss Babe1.0

This has been the program with the BEST results in 8 Weeks, and thus the reason for creating a 2.0

This Program Includes:

  • HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM 
  • Targeting FULL body, slimming down, toning and weight loss, with gaining overall strength and confidence
  • Equipment needed  – Dumbbell,(can be replaced with home goodies) Kettlebell,(can be replaced with home goodies) skipping rope, any form of step, chair and a training matt)
  • Can be done at home OR gym
  • 5 workouts per week
  • 50% High & 50% Low impact exercises (a bit of both)
  • Access to individual exercise demonstration videos
  • Minimum time needed to complete a workout, range between 25-40 minutes depending on your resting time.
  • It is NOT required to do 1.0  in order to start with 2.0, you can jump straight into 2.0 should you wish
  • 115 individual exercises
  • 40 Unique workouts
