BEGINNER | POSTPARTUM Home workout program
- 10 Week program.
- Over 50 different exercises.
- Access to BRAND NEW TWS individual exercise demonstration videos.
- Minimum time needed to complete a workout, range between 25-30 minutes depending on your resting time.
- PAIR OF DUMBBELLS (if you don’t have, you can make use of home goods like water bottles, tin food etc)
- STABLE CHAIR
POSTPARTUM:In order to start this program, you MUST be 10 Weeks Postpartum AND have a clearance letter from your DR giving you the go-ahead to start training. (TWS will not take responsibility for any injuries)
