TWS has created a BEGINNER | POSTPARTUM Home workout program.
 
This program is created to start your fitness journey at a very slow pace. For someone who has not trained in a while, your fitness level is at 0 and you feel extremely weak AND just want to start with slow exercises building up your strength and fitness levels. The tempo will slightly increase as you become stronger and more fit. 
This is NOT a quick fix program BUT rather a program to get you back on track, into routine feeling good from the inside out while increasing your fitness level.
 
ALL Home Workout program.

  • 10 Week program.
  • Over 50 different exercises.
  • Access to BRAND NEW TWS individual exercise demonstration videos.
  • Minimum time needed to complete a workout, range between 25-30 minutes depending on your resting time.

Equipment needed:

  • PAIR OF DUMBBELLS (if you don’t have, you can make use of home goods like water bottles, tin food etc)
  • MAT
  • STABLE CHAIR

POSTPARTUM:In order to start this program, you MUST be 10 Weeks Postpartum AND have a clearance letter from your DR giving you the go-ahead to start training. (TWS will not take responsibility for any injuries)
