    I chose Low Impact because I had not worked out in over 4 years and was completely unfit. I have been blown away by these results. I followed this programme together with a Vegetarian meal plan and I in my final week and I feel good inside and out. I feel healthy, fit and energetic and I am so toned and I don’t recognize my body. If you don’t know where to start, this is a great place and the results are amazing. Thank you for your work Steph!
